Breakfast, Lunch, Recess & Lunch Volunteers

Lunch volunteers are ALWAYS welcome. Sign up for a day and help kids get their lunches, open milk containers, get outside and play! Weather permitting; students generally have an outdoor recess after lunch. In cold or inclement weather, students are offered alternative indoor activities. Our school is a Playworks school.

• Lunch period 1 is from 11:05 a.m. - 11:55 a.m. and is for Pre-K to 2nd grades. Pre-K students eat lunch in their classrooms.
• Lunch period 2 is from 12:00 p.m. - 12:55 p.m. and is for 3rd to 5th grades. 

School Tour Guides

We are in need of parent volunteers to lead school tour groups and to assist on tour day - setting up, directing guests, cleaning up. Greeters and guides will lead prospective families through our halls and share firsthand what makes PS11 such a special neighborhood and community school. No experience necessary we will give you a "crash course" before the parents arrive. Please use this link to sign up.
